Happy 2026!
It is our 30th anniversary here at Space Dock 13!
On the web since 1996!
You have encountered an extremely old website that continues to exist in old web ways, the same way it has done for now three decades.
In spite of being now 30 years old this year, started in 1996, it is still heavily active and old pages updated daily, new pages added daily, still now in 2026. All hand written, all hand coded (no AI), all by me, same as it ever was.
We Still Exist: The Old Web Did Not Go Away, You Just Forgot How To Find Us
|
This site was NOT designed for mobile devices (as they had not been invented yet when I created it) thus this site looks best on a computer, at 1280x768 or above. |
This is a very old website created in 1996, so, yes, javascript is needed for the site to work as it should. If things don't function, you may need to update javascript drivers on your device |
This site tries to be mobile friendly but it's been online since 1996, so old pages may not load right on mobile devices, and as this site has had pages added near daily for 30 years there are now over 20k pages here. |
Having started out in life as a GeoCities site, this site contains glitter, bright colours, blinkies, moving gifs, and other things the old web was known for. |

Create Original Content. It seems like a simple concept. Simple in my mind at least.
Create: Making something with your own two hands.
Original: The first one out there.
Content: Something that fills up empty space.
Creating original content, should therefore mean quite simply that you make a brand new, never before seen thing with your own two hands and use it to fill up space.
In other words: you write your own words, you draw your own art, you film your own videos, you take your own photos with your own camera, and you put them on your own website.
In other words: you don't steal them from some one else.
Is that not the simplest, easiest thing you could do?
And yet, the internet is full of scraped content. Respun articles. Stolen artwork. Plagiarized articles. And videos uploaded by people who just upload everyone else videos to their own YouTube channel.
It astounds me the lack of moral decency these people have.
It astounds me more, how wide spread this criminal underbelly of the internet is.
It astounds me because, I have a hard time comprehending why some one would stoop to being a criminal.
It astounds me because, so many people do it that it makes me lose faith in the goodness of Humanity.
Creating original content is not hard to do and after you've done it you have work you can be proud of. Work you can show to others and say: "I made this!"
So much joy comes from creating your own original works of art, your own original stories, your own original videos, your own original articles. What joy do you get from stealing other people's work?
I simply do not understand the motive.
I just came from the Warrior's Forum, where I was just reading...
YouTube Traffic For Making Money Online? The thread starts out with the OP asking for advice, but as you read down, other posts he makes in the thread... he starts bragging to the fact that he is stealing videos from other YouTubers.
You can't create original content? You have to steal other content creators' hard work? REALLY?
What the hell?
He can't create original content. It takes too much time.
He can't create original content. It's easier to steal from others.
I was just so disgusted with his blatant proud boasting of thievery that I didn't even finish reading the comments further down the thread, nor did I comment on the thread, instead coming back here to have a rant.
When I first joined Squidoo, in 2007, I was ignorant of the fact that there existed such things as the criminal minded jackasses who stole content.
First time I encountered it was my Lord Sesshomaru CosPlay article, which contained not only my original article, but also my original drawings, my original patterns, and my original photos.
I got a notice from Squidoo one day alerting me to the fact that the article contained duplicate content.
I was wondering how the hell was it duplicate? It was step by step how I made my insanely elaborate, over the top CosPlay, that a lot of people know me for, because I'm OtherKin and I lived in it for a while.
I had never posted the information any place outside of Squidoo and it was all my own work, so how the hell was there duplicate content?
I started doing Google searches for Lord Sesshomaru CosPlay and guess what I found... because that Squidoo lens was bringing in $80 a month in AdSense revenue and Squidoo was stupid enough to be posting publicly how much my articles were making (with-out my permission, I might add) that suddenly a whole bunch of WordPress blogs, were posting my entire article - drawings, patterns, photos and all, straight up copy and paste of the whole thing... all 20,000 words of it, all 100+ drawings and diagrams... all over the damned place.
I had a hell of a time tracking down the shit head thieving thugs who ran those sites and getting their no good stealing asses shut down.
It was my first time realizing there existed people who didn't like to waste their time in creating original content and would rather steal other people's work.
But my question becomes, why are these jackasses not capable of creating their own original content? Why do they prove themselves to be shitheads by stealing other people's hard work?
Is writing something off the top of their own head, really that difficult?
If you don't know what to write about, turn on your damned tv or open up a newspaper and find a current news event, then write your oppinions on that event. How does it make you feel? What would you have done if you had been there?
Just create your own original content. It's not hard to do. It's really not.
Create original content.
You have things you like: write about them.
You have a job: write about it.
You have hobbies: write about them.
What did you eat today? Write about it.
You have opinions of LGBTQ issues, abortion, animal rights, global warming: write your thoughts on those things down! Are you for them? Against them? On the fence? Tell the world how you feel. That's all you have to do.
There has to be SOMETHING out their that you can write about.
Be unique.
Be original.
Stop your damned stealing from other people.
Ads by GoogleStop playing dumb and use the damned brain in your head for once.
You can create your own original, unique content. It's not hard to do. You just think of something that you like to do and you start writing articles on why you like to do it, how it is done, etc.
Easy.
Simple.
Not hard at all.
It's takes way more time to search the internet for something you want to steal from some one else, respin it, and then jump through hoops hoping Google doesn't shut ya down. And they well.
Google has a zero tolerance policy for stolen content. They will find you and they will shut you down, and then you'll have to start all over again, so why don't you just be yourself and write we original content to begin with and then you'll never have to worry about Google?
And then I see all the threads on Warrior's Forum asking: "What is original content?"
You don't know?
Are you really that stupid?
See, this is why I can't comment on that thread. Because I have to restrain myself from the desire to wring the neck of the slimy, no good criminal who started it.
How the hell can you NOT KNOW what original content means?
It means ORIGINAL as in made by you. Not copied by you. Not stolen by you. But created by you.
You created it, that makes it original.
There's one guy over there who going: "But I ran it through all the best spinner and checked it with copyspace - it says it's original."
YOU FRIGGING JACKASS!
Stealing something and running it through a spinner to make it read "different" is NOT you creating original content. It's you being a damned no good gutter scum criminal who belongs in prison.
If you didn't write it yourself, you own thoughts, your own ideas, your own opinions, then it isn't original.
Why is it so difficult for people to understand that? Create original content, that you wrote yourself. Why is that so hard for them to do?
I'm just gonna end here, because otherwise I'll rant for another 10 pages. I hate thieves.

While there are around 20k pages on this website, most of them are blocked from search engines, with only around 800 of them available for appearing in Google/Bing/etc search results. The remainder can only be accessed via the various links found throughout this site. This was done deliberately on my part, and I did it because the bulk of the pages on this website are chapters from 138 novels and 423 novellas, so only the first page of each novel and novella indexed by search engines, and the remainder are linked in order, one page at a time, via clicking "next page" at the end of each. So if you are looking for a specific page from a specific novel, Google can't help you.
