2018 April/May/June Update:

As you know, most of the year I publish 2 to 3 articles a day.

However, every year during convention season, I take a break from that to go full swing CosPlay.

From early April 2018 to late June 2018, article posting schedule will be sporadic, while CosPlay Season and Convention events are going full swing.

During this time period, you can expect most, possible all new articles to be focused on costume making, CosPlay, and the characters I'm CosPlaying.

UPDATE: It's now divided into 7 pages. The primary page "Meet Avallach" is now over 20,000 words long. At this rate, it'll cross 60,000 long before the costume is finished, and that's not including the other 5 pages.

There will still be daily updates, but the BULK of the daily updates will be limited to the pages linked here:

  1. Obsession: Meet Avallac'h
  2. [NSFW] Avallac'h & His Nude Women | Witcher 3 Game Screenshots
  3. Historical Accuracy vs Avallac'h
  4. The Avallac'h CosPlay Costume Making Vlogs
  5. How To Make The Avallac'h CosPlay
  6. How Much Did It Cost? Budgeting The Avallac'h CosPlay
  7. Why do children CosPlay rapists & rape victims? & WHY Avallac'h is a M18+ character.
  8. PortConMaine 2018
  9. On Being a Handicapped CosPlayer: A Look At Events of PortConMaine 2017 That Resulted In 3 Disabled CosPlayers Getting hurt at The Convention and How These Things Could Have Been Avoided

UPDATE April 17, 2018: I do not like being harassed online or offline, in any way, shape or form. Sorry, but what just happened this week is intolerable and I've blocked everyone involved and deleted all their posts. I will continue to block any one else who does the same as these people did. If you were one of the 200+ people blocked on my FaceBook account this week, here's a link to tell you why I blocked you: https://www.eelkat.com/cosplying-a-rapist.html

If you want a quicker explanation of what happened, I tell you in this video:

Tracking My Site Traffic

"How many people visit your site each month?"

My old site, at it's peak, was receiving 7,000 unique visitors a day in 2009. That site went offline due to a server crash in June 2013, and I started rebuilding it here on SBI on September 2, 2013.

It will take time to rebuild the traffic of course, but already traffic is higher than normal new domain traffic. The site will be 2 months old in 4 days and already it has had 2 days of 500+ traffic, and an entire week of 300+ traffic, and since day 1, has not had fewer than 15 unique visitors. Before the end of month 2 it has reached 11,000+ page views. These are numbers you would not expect to see in a domain until it reaches 6 to 8 months old, at minimum, and with some sites it may take up to 4 years to see these kinds of numbers, and yet my site has them in fewer than 50 days after registering the domain name.

Because you have asked for it, I have decided to keep track of the monthly visits to my site, and so here they are:

Sept 2013    Daily Average  Visits 50        Unique Visitors 22       Pages 199

Sept 2013    Monthly Totals  Visits 1466    Unique Visitors 645     Pages 5771

Oct 2013     Daily Average  Visits 198     Unique Visitors  80        Pages 433

Oct 2013     Monthly Totals Visits 6146   Unique Visitors 2493    Pages 13424

Nov 2013     Daily Average  Visits 182     Unique Visitors  70        Pages 392

Nov 2013     Monthly Totals Visits 5467   Unique Visitors 2108    Pages 11771

The End?

No, you have NOT reached the end of this article! What you have reached is the end of what it currently online. The rest is coming, hopefully it'll be on here in a day or three so keep checking back. I will remove this message at the same time I put the rest of it online.

As my long time readers will already know a server crash took down most of the old free-hosted site on June 4, 2013 (which was online since 1997 and had reached 6,000+ pages). Thankfully everything was saved on a separate hard-drive and the site is being rebuilt with a new host and for the first time on it's own domain. YAY!

I am currently moving all 6,000 questions&answer articles to this site one page at a time, at a rate of about 4 to 7 new pages being added each day, so be patient. Not all links are yet clickable. This process started on September 2, 2013 and will be ongoing at least through to January 2014. (And it may be well into 2017 before all 6,000 pages will be back online if I continue at this rate of 5 a day.)
